I too find it challenging to cope up with birds nesting as it is not good for health if the poop microbes go to your lungs with air. I will definitely ask the handyman painting services provider for haint blue, thanks for sharing.Emma Jasminehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16169976400981554714noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6725185168123342341.post-80852710726040259622021-06-20T19:51:15.427-04:002021-06-20T19:51:15.427-04:00I haven't but thanks for the information. Yes it's a nice color; I just want people to know they have options if they hate bird poop, without getting rid of the birds altogether. bumblebee53https://www.blogger.com/profile/14449132328154137614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6725185168123342341.post-21254068368427338812021-04-25T21:39:50.904-04:002021-04-25T21:39:50.904-04:00I love them too and did a post about them a few ye...I love them too and did a post about them a few years ago. I had heard about exterior ceiling blue and wondered if it was "real". The only thing I don't want to be rid of is the anoles (lizards) - just love them and they can help with the mosquitos, etc also. One day I was working in the dirt under a crepe and one of those flyers with the long legs kept getting in my face under my hat. I swiped at him just enough to make him move and got back to work. Noticed something drop from the crepe and when I looked over there was an anole happily chomping away on the flyer. They also get curious and seem to enjoy me talking to them. Between them and the Martins we house, mosquitos are kept to a minimum.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12759319959668746231noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6725185168123342341.post-92154444708027783642021-03-30T17:09:18.515-04:002021-03-30T17:09:18.515-04:00I have to say the mosquitos still bite but the was...I have to say the mosquitos still bite but the wasps won't build on or near the ceiling. I know you are counting the days when you will be home and thank you for your profession. Nurses are a wonderful blessing to us all! Anyway when you do retire I'll tell you one thing, you will never know how you had the time to work. You will be busier than you ever imagined!
Thanks for writing!
HIBISCUS HOUSEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16837055484501484003noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6725185168123342341.post-75988014485255537382019-02-09T09:39:21.183-05:002019-02-09T09:39:21.183-05:00Hello Dolly. A few more years to go. I make my laundry detergent & fabric softener. I hang my laundry out, weather permitting. We raise chickens & have country eggs. I cook a lot, mostly from scratch. I may make yr beefaroni tonight. I have a tip for you that worked here: Took a large brown paper bag, stuffed it with newspaper till it billowed out. Tie it shut & hang up on yr porch high, by the rafters. No more waspers or wood boring bees here. Try it.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06722749130170139028noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6725185168123342341.post-82641224470992647652018-11-20T08:49:54.297-05:002018-11-20T08:49:54.297-05:00Diana I'm laughing forgot to post about the &q...Diana I'm laughing forgot to post about the "haints".
