Happy New Years 2026 ! Cooking A Southern Traditional Menu

We have healthy leafy greens a lot in this household

The parents and grandparents grew them and ate them always

Today, since it is almost New Years Day the topic is cooking leafy green vegetables

  1. I haven't had collard greens in years...nor black eyed peas. Not sure what we will have tomorrow to celebrate the New Year. Life has changed so much in the last year that I feel upside down sometimes. lol...and that is OK. Happiest of New Years to you and your family, Dolly. xo Diana
