Good Luck to Everyone!

It seems that it is impossible to not know or have a family member that has  Alzheimers.
It is a devastating disease to the individual that has it as well as those loved ones around them.
Isn't it wonderful that Lynn has given us a guide to show us how to tap the memory
and write a memoir that others can read and relate to about your loved one.

  4. I really need to get this book Dolly. I lost my grandmother (my closest friend) to Alzheimer's a decade ago. She was gone so young and this disease is so cruel. It was hell to watch her struggle. I would like to read her perspective on how to salvage the good times and memories of the one you love. Thanks for sharing this book Dolly.

  5. Hello All,

My mother was my muse. After witnessing the catastrophic effects Alzheimer’s disease had on Mom and our family, I was inspired to guide daughters and sons to write stories about their mothers (mother figures) to capture character and spirit, so that what makes (or made) mom “mom” will always be remembered.

"TellTale Souls Writing the Mother Memoir: How to Tap Memory and Write Your Story Capturing Character & Spirit" isn’t about Alzheimer’s disease, it’s about honoring or better understanding the woman who gave you life.

Who is your mother deep down inside? Come along with me on a journey of discovery. I’ll give you creative prompts and exercises that’ll guide you to the treasure of buried memories, and I’ll show you how to write a short, true story that captures her character and spirit through a unique method. The heartfelt stories, I’ve woven through the guidebook, written by the TellTale Souls who have walked this path before you, will illuminate your way.

    Keeping Spirits Alive,
    Lynn

  6. What a great way to honor our mothers. This would also be a way for her grandchildren to remember her and pass the stories to their kids. I would love to know how to do this.
