Hello, how are you this morning?  We are waiting to see how Hurricane Irma is going to affect us here in South Carolina.  I'm just sitting here drinking a huge cup of coffee and wishing I had a fresh baked loaf of bread.  Today is as good as any to do a review on this little number. God bless all in the path of this monster storm.

Japanese Milk Bread

Have you ever heard of this type of soft bread? I hadn't until the other day Cindy a friend was talking about hers. You know I had to try it. My bread pictured on right baked a little darker than planned, but it was still so very soft and so good! Today I'm sharing a post on this delicious bread that is soft, flaky, and just plain delicious!

Quick Delicious Yeast Rolls

This is one of my favorite yeast roll recipes. I made them by hand for over 30 years. This was before bread machines were ever used.  

I was tired and a little bit lazy so I decided to cut the recipe in half to make it in my mini breadmaker.  This is the original recipe I had cut down to half and made in the machine.

It now makes a dozen fast and easy yeast rolls! Within two hours you can be sitting down to warm soft delicious rolls.

This That And The Other

I thought about what in the world to post. Then remembered what Grandma Cora would say when asked what she'd been up too.  She would say, "Oh this that and the other." When I was younger I swore she was saying, "This that and another." No matter how you say it I for one never thought much about it until today!

These days are a little different that's for sure so let's talk about 'this that and the other/another'.
