Product Review: Viking Professional Performance for Your Home

I've had this set of pots since the end of January and thought it was 'High Time' I did a review on them.  Viking has been around for almost 40 years.  Now I cook almost non-stop so my cookware needs to handle a beating for sure.  Here is my review of the product.

I like this pot.  It isn't that old but has a time-worn character but the plant inside the pot has a history behind it! The four o'clocks I moved here from my old home recently have quite shall we say a shady history behind them. (I'm not talking about sunlight either)...
