Old Christmas Creations

A blast from the past
This was the first
bust that I ever made
it was fun!
That was quite a few years ago
Just thought I would share it with you
A company wanted to mass produce in China and I chose not to do so.
We enjoyed him for years
Mrs. Ratliff's mink collar came in handy
I think I finally threw him away....the things we do....
I miss playing with clay.
Does anyone  care to share their crafts, talents, or hobbies?
It would be fun to show some of your talents.

  1. I miss this guy, even though he was kinda creepy with just a head. He was still a part of Christmas. He was no more creepy than grandma's furs. Just glad it was not the fur with a face and arms.

  2. You did a great job on him.I didn't know it was only a head, till I read the above comment. You couldn't tell from the picture.

  3. Carly you are a mess.

Michelle thanks so much it was fun.

  4. That is an amazing Santa bust. It's hard to imagine that it could be anyone's first. Wow. You are so talented. I'd sure love to see more of your sculptures. Thanks for sharing and for linking to the hop. Have a great week.

  5. Thank you Heidi so much for the wonderful compliment!

  6. What a wonderful Santa, I can't believe you threw him away!! Silly girl!

  7. Hi Angie! I agree it was a little crazy of me...Good to see you hope all is well.

  8. Wow! You are a Christmas crafting genius! So glad I found your project via Centsational Girl.
