Kitchen Aid Bread Bowl Attachment with Baking Lid

I purchased my bowl from QVC not long ago

A pretty good Artisan Boucle Recipe is included with bowl

Artisan Boucle is delicious rustic and so easy to make with this bowl

Fewer dishes to wash you put into the bowl mix knead

Cover with the lid to let it rise

Work a little with your hands and shape it into a round loaf see the recipe included with the bowl

Invert into the baking lid cover with washed bowl and bake

How simple is that?

I can tell you very!

You can use the bowl as a bowl if you wish

However, this bowl can only be used with

Kitchenaid 4.5 or 5-quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixers

This pretty blue KitchenAid Tilt-Head Mixer was given to me by my Carly

The bowl fits it perfectly

I have a Professional Lift Model in silver to the right but the bowl does not fit that one

Be aware when you purchase that you must have the correct tilt-head KitchenAid mixer that will work with it

One of my loaves of Rustic Boucle Breads made with the bowl
With fresh butter on top!
I like the paddle too it scrapes the dough up and out very well

I read in the reviews that some had been afraid of the chance of severe burns when using this item

Hibiscus House Product Reviews did a post on a great pair of silicone gloves that are very helpful when used with hot items such as this in cooking.

If you own very good insulated hot pads or gloves you should be fine just be careful

I've yet to be burned

You know I had to top the freshly baked bread with butter!

Delicious, Easy, Pretty Fast Loaf of Rustic Bread

Other recipes included with the bowl

Chocolate Cherry Rye Bread

Cinnamon Roll Bread

Cranberry Oat Walnut Bread

Product Review

I recommend

Great bread bowl with Lid Baker

Use with caution

Excellent product

KitchenAid is a brand I trust!

QVC has it still and at a good price

Tina Verelli is great too!

    1. I need to make more myself. Some friends bake all their bread every week. That amazes me. I'm slack...lol. Lisa I know you're a great cook so when you decide to make some it will be amazing!
