Fall Festival at The Pee Dee State Farmers Market

Friday & Saturday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday 12 - 5 p.m.


We always go to our local farmer's market. We are blessed to have such a wonderful one so close.
We definitely go to the Spring and Fall Festivals.

It has become a tradition for my entire family.  This includes our brothers and husbands, who sometimes have to make the trip. Usually with a pickup or trailor to bring home our goodies. I love it! 

Have you every noticed that people at markets are happy?  It is a fun time. I worked with strawberries for well over 22 years and it was such a happy time. Notice the next time you stop at a market, look at the happy faces and smiles....read all about it here

Tomorrow Sunday October 2, 2011 is the last day for the festival. Come out and support your local farmers market. The fresh fall vegetables are starting to come in, don't you love those leafy green? Have a wonderful day.

    We went to a local pumpkin patch/farmer's market this weekend and you are so right... people that are working with the produce are generally nice, happy people. It was a fun time for sure!

    thanks for sharing those GREAT photos of your Farmer's Market! My husband is from the Pee Dee area originally...it sounds funny when I hear him say "Pee Dee" but I knew when I saw it in your post that you were in that area too. I saw your post over at "Autumn Arrives" party.
