Pretty good concert with lots of great memories

I'm so glad Micky is touring

But I'm also missing the other band members no longer with us.

Some of us got together to see this band I have loved since they first began! I'm so glad Catie got us to go see him! My sister went too and that was a great outing.

Our young man is enjoying himself. 

He loves music and is very talented! We're having a great time together!  Making new memories!

I thought everyone knew of the Monkees and was surprised to learn that many people had never heard of them. I guess it shouldn't have surprised me, but it did.  You know the Monkees and the Beatles were our favorites then (truthfully, now too).

I would be outside gardening which I loved to do even then. Mama would call me inside to watch The Monkees on TV.  It was shown on Saturdays and she knew it was my favorite show.  That and American Bandstand!

Who was your favorite Monkee if you remember them. My favorite was Davy Jones. I really liked them all but he was my favorite.
