Our Walk About Charleston

Carly and I had a good time walking around the city before Christmas!

It is such a peaceful place

That may sound strange when there are at any given time

Many others around enjoying it as well

This last post about our Charleston trip is a picture post

Nothing in order just posting from the camera the things we enjoyed seeing.

The calm clip-clop of the horse's hoofs

I like the place!

Artist: David Boatwright- Mira Winery Building- 68 1/2 Queen St.

Eye-catching

We ate some of the delicious pastries!
Check out that poodle!

Jantzen Lock and Safe Company
276 Meeting Street
We're best known for our symbolic front sculpture, which contains hundreds of cement-embedded keys in the front sidewalk.  This attracts thousands of tourists each year.

We liked the keys in the sidewalk in front!

IN CLOSING
I'll leave you today with this cute deer all decked out for Christmas.

Carly laughed at me when I said, " Look at that blame cow!"
She said, "Mama! That's not a cow that's a deer!"
Okay, I knew I was tired and having the best time ever, maybe I thought from behind those legs belonged to a cow.  Maybe, just maybe I knew but was kidding...who knows lol!

We crammed a lot into less than 24 hours in Charleston!

Heck Fire, it took many posts to cover our excursion.
